Introduction

Rongli Forging Co., Limited is able to supply forged & machined horizontal and vertical hydraulic cylinder barrels up to 2.7 meters (8.9 feet) in length as one single piece. A specialised Automatic Welding System takes place when necessary. A variety of material grades to different standards are in practice here in our modernized shop. Our highly-spoken cylinder barrels are used on forging presses, vertical hydraulic presses, and horizontal hydraulic presses. They are delivered to all over the world, in industries of Heavy Equipment & Machinery, Oil & Gas, Mine & Metal Processing, Construction etc.

4. Weight: Up to 70 Tons of finished forging. 90 Tons for ingot
5. Length: Up to 2.7 meters (8.9 feet) w/o welding connection. Welding is available to fabricate longer cylinder barrels
6. Delivery Status: Heat treated and rough machined
7. Production Process:
AAAA-4

8. Industries: Oil and Gas, Mine & Metal processing, Heavy Industry Machinery, Construction, etc.
9. Inspection: Chemical analysis with spectrometer, Tensile test, Charpy test, Hardness Test, Metallurgy test, Ultrasonic test, Magnetic Particle test, Liquid Penetration test, Hydro test, Radiographic test are implementable.
10. Quality Assurance: Per ISO9001-2008
